Замовник проводить розрахунки за надані послуги на підставі підписаних Сторонами актів форми № КБ-2в (акт приймання виконаних будівельних робіт) та форми № КБ-3 (довідка про вартість виконаних будівельних робіт та витрат), при цьому Сторони домовилися про те, що строк (термін) оплати Замовником наданих Виконавцем послуг визначається відкладальною обставиною, а саме – після надходження коштів з бюджету на рахунок Замовника за надані послуги, які є предметом даного Договору.
