Оплата наданих послуг здійснюється Замовником в національній валюті України на підставі підписаних Сторонами двох сторонніх актів здачі-приймання наданих послуг (підписаних керівниками та скріплених печатками Сторін), шляхом перерахування грошових коштів в розмірі вартості наданих послуг на поточний рахунок Виконавця протягом 45 (сорока п’яти) календарних днів з дати підписання обома Сторонами актів здачі-приймання наданих послуг, за умови реєстрації Виконавцем податкової накладної у Єдиному реєстрі податкових накладних (ЄРПН)*. (*для контрагентів – платників ПДВ, крім контрагентів, які застосовують касовий метод нарахування ПДВ) У випадку відсутності реєстрації Виконавцем податкової накладної в ЄРПН протягом терміну, встановленого п. 201.10 ПКУ від дати перерахування грошових коштів Замовником, Виконавець на підставі письмової вимоги Замовника повертає грошові кошти в розмірі суми ПДВ**. (**для контрагентів – платників ПДВ, які застосовують касовий метод нарахування ПДВ).
