Description:

Постачальник здійснює поставку товару Покупцеві протягом двох робочих днів з моменту отримання заявки на необхідний товар, але не пізніше чотирьох календарних днів від часу отримання заявки.Постачальник здійснює поставку товару за кінцевим місцем призначення Покупця: Донецька область,м.Костянтинівка, проспект Ломоносова, буд.101 Доставка, завантаження та розвантаження товару здійснюється за власні кошти автотранспортом Постачальника. Датою поставки є дата коли товар переданий у власність Покупця, згідно видаткової накладної, підписаною обома сторонами. Зобов’язання Постачальника щодо поставки Товару вважається виконаним в повному обсязі з моменту передачі Товару у власність Покупця, що засвідчується підписами сторін у видатковій накладній. Розрахунки за поставлений товар здійснюються за фактом постачання Покупцю. Покупець здійснює оплату Товару Постачальнику на підставі виставлених видаткових накладних.Розрахунки за товар здійснюються в разі наявності та в межах відповідних бюджетних асигнувань в безготівковій формі шляхом перерахування грошових коштів на розрахунковий рахунок Постачальника протягом 20-ти банківських днів з моменту поставки товару.В разі затримки бюджетного фінансування розрахунок за поставлений товар здійснюється протягом 10-ти банківських днів з дати отримання Покупцем бюджетного фінансування закупівлі на свій реєстраційний рахунок.
