Description:

Розрахунки за надані послуги здійснюються шляхом безготівкової оплати Замовником вартості послуг на підставі оформлених двосторонніх актів приймання-передачі наданих послуг (підписаних керівниками та скріплених печатками сторін*) протягом 45 календарних днів з моменту підписання актів приймання-передачі наданих послуг обома сторонами, за умови реєстрації Виконавцем податкової накладної у ЄРПН**. * виділене стосується контрагентів, які використовують у своїй діяльності печатку. **виділене стосується контрагентів – платників ПДВ, крім контрагентів, які застосовують касовий метод нарахування ПДВ). У випадку відсутності реєстрації Виконавцем податкової накладної в ЄРПН протягом терміну, встановленого п. 201.10 ПКУ від дати перерахування грошових коштів Замовником, Виконавець на підставі письмової вимоги Замовника повертає грошові кошти в розмірі суми ПДВ.* * (абзац стосується контрагентів, які застосовують касовий метод нарахування ПДВ). Джерело фінансування: кошти підприємства.
