АТ Укрпошта, з метою здійснення підготовки до закупівель та дослідження ринку проводить «Допорогову закупівлю/спрощену закупівлю» та використовує електронну систему закупівель. Проведення вказаної процедури не має на меті закупівлю товарів, робіт чи по … послуг та їх оплату. Учасник, чия пропозиція буде найбільш економічно вигідною, матиме можливість укласти договір купівлі-продажу з суб'єктом господарювання, що здійснює діяльність з надання послуг фінансового лізингу та має намір приймати участь в тендерній процедурі на закупівлю АТ Укрпошта послуг фінансового лізингу автоматичної системи сортування поштових відправлень продуктивністю 8000 шт./год.
