Розрахунок між сторонами проводиться в безготівковій формі, шляхом перерахування коштів на розрахунковий рахунок Продавця з дати отримання накладної покупцем на підставі документів, що підтверджують факт поставки (видаткових накладних) протягом 15-ти банківських днів після надходження коштів з бюджету на реєстраційний рахунок замовника. Зобов'язання Замовника за даним Договором виникають виключно при наявності відповідного фінансового призначення. Замовник не зобов'язаний купити заявлену кількість товару та не несе відповідальність за зменшення фінансування та/або його відсутність.
