відсутністю бюджетних призначень по КЕКВ 2610: Дана закупівля оголошена за рахунок місцевого бюджету, а саме КЕКВ 3210, придбання основних засобів, у зв’язку з цим закупівля має бути визнана такою, що не відбулася, оскільки вартість товару заявлених учасником з найменшою ціною ТОВ «Тотал Корпорейшн» не підпадає під КЕКВ 3210 та у відповідності до Бюджетного кодексу України, Наказу Міністерства Фінансів України №333 від 12.03.2012 року не зможе бути прийнятим Казначейською службою для взяття юридичних та фінансових зобов’язань у зв’язку з невідповідністю КЕКВ
