Замовник здійснює 100% передоплату Періодичного видання за період липень – грудень 2020 року у сумі 2 160,00 грн. (дві тисячі сто шістдесят грн. 00 коп.), у т. ч. ПДВ 20% – 360,00 грн., на підставі рахунку-фактури, відповідно до п. 1 Постанови КМУ від 04.12.2019 № 1070 «Деякі питання здійснення розпорядниками (одержувачами) бюджетних коштів попередньої оплати товарів, робіт і послуг, що закуповуються за бюджетні кошти» згідно з рішенням головного розпорядника бюджетних коштів на строк не більше 12 місяців. Рахунок-фактура надається Редакцією протягом 5 банківських днів з моменту підписання Договору. Передплата Видання здійснюється протягом 7 банківських днів з моменту отримання Замовником рахунку-фактури
