Description:

Розрахунки за надання послуг з сервісно-технічного обслуговування РРО проводяться Замовником протягом 45 (сорока п’яти) банківських днів з дати реєстрації податкової накладної та дати отримання замовником підписаного акту здачі-приймання наданих послуг з сервісно-технічного обслуговування РРО, що оформляється протягом 3 (трьох) календарних днів від дати підписання акту здачі-приймання наданих послуг та надання рахунків на оплату, шляхом перерахування грошових коштів на рахунок Виконавця. Оплата за надані послуги по даному Договору проводиться замовником при наявності податкової накладної, оформленої та зареєстрованої відповідно до вимог чинного законодавства України в Єдиному державному реєстрі податкових накладних. Оплата здійснюється за фактично надані послуги (з урахуванням витратних матеріалів) на підставі рахунку та акту здачі-приймання наданих послуг, що підтверджує факт надання послуг.
