Description:

Замовник має право при наявності бюджетного фінансування, перерахувати Підряднику аванс для придбання і постачання необхідних для виконання робіт матеріалів, конструкцій, виробів і обладнання в розмірі до 30% вартості робіт. Залік авансу здійснюється на підставі актів виконаних робіт (ф. КБ-2В) та довідки (ф. КБ-3) протягом поточного місяця, у якому підписано акти виконаних робіт, або у наступному за поточним. Авансовий платіж є правом Замовника, а не його обов’язком. Замовник вправі відмовитися від перерахування авансового платежу Підряднику, а останній не вправі вимагати обов’язкової сплати такого платежу.

Description:

Розрахунки Замовником проводяться тільки за фактично виконані роботи у термін на протязі 30-ти (тридцяти) календарних днів з моменту підписання Замовником представлених Підрядником належно оформлених актів виконаних робіт (Форма КБ-2в) та довідки (Форма КБ-3), рахунку на оплату, та тільки в межах бюджетних призначень. У разі затримки бюджетного фінансування розрахунки за надані роботи здійснюються при отриманні Замовником бюджетного призначення на фінансування цих робіт.
