Інформація про технічні, якісні та інші характеристики предмета закупівлі зазначена у докуметації допорогової закупівлі. Перелік критеріїв та методика оцінки пропозицій із зазначенням питомої ваги критеріїв: єдиним критерієм оцінки пропозицій є «Ціна, … грн. з ПДВ», питома вага критерію – 100%. У зв’язку з застосуванням єдиного критерію «Ціна», методика оцінки не передбачається. Вид закупівлі: закупівля проводиться відповідно до вимог Наказу ДП «Прозорро» від 19.03.2019 №10 (із змінами і доповненнями), як допорогова закупівля, та не підпадає під дію Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі».
