подальша оплата здійснюється Замовником за умови прийняття Замовником робіт/устаткування на всю суму авансового платежу . Замовник здійснює оплату протягом 25 банківських днів з дати підписання Сторонами двох примірників відповідних актів, зокрема: - акту про належно виконані проектні роботи (за формою згідно з ДСТУ Б Д.1.1-7:2013); (умова про підписання акту про належно виконані проектні роботи включається у Договір у разі коригування проектної документації Замовника) - акта приймання-передачі виконаних робіт із землеустрою; - актів приймання виконаних будівельних робіт (примірна форма № КБ-2в); - довідок про вартість виконаних будівельних робіт та витрати (примірна форма №КБ-3); - актів приймання-передачі змонтованого устаткування, та за наданим Підрядником (після підписання Замовником зазначених актів) Рахунком-фактурою
