Оплата за виконані Підрядником роботи здійснюється Замовником поетапно згідно з Календарним графіком виконання робіт (Додаток 3) на підставі підписаних Сторонами Акту КБ-2в та Довідки про вартість виконаних будівельних робіт та витрати за формою № КБ-3 (далі – Довідка КБ-3) не пізніше 31.12.2020 року. Розрахунок за виконані роботи здійснюється Замовником у національній валюті України – гривні, шляхом безготівкового переказу коштів на поточний рахунок Підрядника, вказаного у даному Договорі.
