Категорія замовника: підприємства, установи, організації, зазначені у пункті 3 частини першої статті 2 Закону. Вид закупівлі - процедура закупівлі - для замовників, визначених у пунктах 1-3 частини першої статті 2 Закону, якщо вартість предмета закупівлі товару (товарів), послуги (послуг) дорівнює або перевищує 200 тисяч гривень, а робіт - 1,5 мільйона гривень – відкриті торги застосовані. Критерії оцінки - ціна. Умови оплати: оплата здійснюється на протязі 10 банківських днів після отримання Товару.
