Здійснення оплати відбувається шляхом безготівкового перерахування коштів на розрахунковий рахунок Постачальника протягом 30 календарних днів з дня фактичного постачання Товару на адресу Замовника. У разі затримки бюджетного фінансування, розрахунок за наданий Товар здійснюється протягом 10 банківських днів з дати отримання Замовником бюджетного фінансування закупівлі на свій реєстраційний рахунок. Місцезнаходження замовника - 18000, Черкаська обл., місто Черкаси, ВУЛИЦЯ СМІЛЯНСЬКА, будинок 120. Вид закупівлі - процедура закупівлі - для замовників, визначених у пунктах 1-3 частини першої статті 2 Закону, якщо вартість предмета закупівлі товару (товарів), послуги (послуг) дорівнює або перевищує 200 тисяч гривень, а робіт - 1,5 мільйона гривень. Застосовані критерії оцінки - Єдиним критерієм оцінки згідно даної процедури відкритих торгів є ціна (питома вага критерію – 100%).Мова (мови), якою (якими) повинні готуватися тендерні пропозиції - Під час проведення процедури закупівлі усі документи, що мають відношення до тендерної пропозиції та складаються безпосередньо учасником, викладаються українською мовою.
