Технiчне переоснащення шляхом модернiзацiї "ТП-0740" (інв. № 00839723/01), з встановленням трансформатора для зовнішнього електропостачання об'єкта "магазин" за адресою: вул. Полтавське Шосе, б. 149/2, смт. Пісочин, Харківський р-н, Харківська обл., Україна" (код національного класифікатора України ДК 021:2015 «Єдиний закупівельний словник» - 45230000-8 Будівництво трубопроводів, ліній зв’язку та електропередач, шосе, доріг, аеродромів і залізничних доріг; вирівнювання поверхонь) з підстави, що передбачена згідно з п. 2 ч. 17 ст. 14 Закону, а саме: неможливість усунення порушень, що виникли через виявлені порушення законодавства з питань публічних закупівель.
