Харків, Харківська обл., Україна» (код національного класифікатора України ДК 021:2015 «Єдиний закупівельний словник» - 45230000-8 Будівництво трубопроводів, ліній зв’язку та електропередач, шосе, доріг, аеродромів і залізничних доріг; вирівнювання поверхонь) з підстави, що передбачена згідно з п. 2 ч. 17 ст. 14 Закону, а саме: неможливість усунення порушень, що виникли через виявлені порушення законодавства з питань публічних закупівель.
