При внесенні «Інформації про переможця» виник технічний збій на електронному майданчику e-tender, що призвело до помилки в «Остаточна пропозиція», а саме: при внесенні остаточної пропозиції помилково вказана сума «143 388,50 з ПДВ» замість «1 433 881,50 з ПДВ». Після закінчення періоду оскарження 17.06.2020, при внесені даних до блоку «Внести інформацію про договір», у графі «Ціна договору» сформувалась сума з блоку «Інформація про переможця» 143 388,50 з ПДВ, що унеможливлює завершити процедуру закупівлі, яка дорівнює 1 433 881,50 з ПДВ.
