Істотна умова не відповідає потрібному замовленню, як вказано в технічній специфікації Додатку 3 Конкурсної документації. У зв’язку з тим, що істотні умови Договору про Закупівлю не повинні відрізнятися від змісту пропозиції (п.6.3 Наказу ДК «Укроборонпром» №333 від 29.11.2019 року), а змінити Конкурсну документацію на етапі «2. Прийом пропозицій» не є можливим – прийнято рішення відмінити закупівлю у зв’язку з неможливістю усунення порушень, що виникли через виявлені порушення під час Закупівлі (п 8.29 пп 3 Наказу ДК «Укроборонпром» №333 від 29.11.2019 року).
