Розгляду тендерних пропозицій від 04.08.2020 протокол №46/3.
Тендерна пропозиція відхилена на підставі п.1 ч.2 ст.31 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» - не відповідає умовам тендерної документації.
Не відповідає вимогам тендерної документації, зокрема технічним та якісним вимогам до предмету закупівлі а саме:
- У пропозиції учасника відсутнє підтвердження відповідності стиків вимогам тендерної документації після проходження випробувань запропонованого двокомпонентного поліуретанового клею «PLASTIK-MASTIK 531.4/531.2» на підприємствах колійного господарства АТ «Укрзалізниця».
- Учасником не виконана вимога тендерної документації щодо підтвердження його стосунків з виробником продукції, яку він пропонує до постачання.
