Василя Кучера 7 ; 3.Якість товару, що постачається, відповідає … діючому законодавству, стандартам, технічним умовам данного виду товару, підтверджується сертифікатом якості виробника, має реєстраційні посвідчення; 4. Якщо поставлений товар виявиться неякісним, або таким, що не відповідає умовам, Постачальник зобов’язаний замінити цей товар. Всі витрати, пов’язані із заміною товару неналежної якості несе Постачальник; 5. Товар повинен передаватися Покупцю в упаковці, яка відповідає характеру товару, забезпечує цілісність товару та збереження його якості під час перевезення; 6. Залишаємо за собою право вибору кращого з запропонованих товарів. 7. Прохання надати товар належної якості для безперебійного функціонування пологового будинку 8. Накладні та договір з відкритою датою
