Description:

Замовник здійснює оплату Товару після його прийняття відповідно пред'явленої Постачальником видаткової накладної, шляхом перерахування грошових коштів на розрахунковий рахунок Постачальника, після прийняття товару протягом 15 календарних днів. Згідно статті 23 Бюджетного кодексу України бюджетні зобов’язання та платежі з бюджету здійснюються лише за наявності відповідного бюджетного призначення. У разі затримки бюджетного фінансування, розрахунок за товар здійснюється протягом 30 (тридцяти) календарних днів з дати отримання Замовником бюджетного призначення на фінансування закупівлі на свій реєстраційний рахунок.
