Description:

Оплата проводиться після пред’явлення Постачальником видаткової накладної на Товар, протягом 30 (тридцяти) робочих днів з моменту підписання накладної на отримання Товару Замовником, при цьому Постачальник погоджується на можливий термін відстрочки платежу до 90 (дев’яносто) календарних днів. Згідно статті 23 Бюджетного кодексу України бюджетні зобов’язання та платежі з бюджету здійснюються лише за наявності відповідного бюджетного призначення. У разі затримки фінансування на вказані цілі Замовник здійснює розрахунки з Постачальником протягом 10 (десяти) робочих днів з дня надходження коштів на його рахунок.
