При проведенні відкритих торгів по предмету за кодом ЄЗС (ДК 021: 2015) – 33100000-1 — Медичне обладнання (Апарат ультразвукової діагностики укомплектований датчиками), встановлено ДК неправильно , вірним вважати ДК 021:2015, 33120000-7 Системи реєстрації медичної інформації та дослідне обладнання. Та в річному плані не відображено місцезнаходження та категорія Замовника. Так як майданчик ДЗО не відображає та переносить ці дані в оголошення. З огляду на встановлені порушення законодавства у сфері закупівель, керуючись статтями 2, 5 Закону України «Про основні засади здійснення державного фінансового контролю в Україні» Управління Західного офісу Держаудитслужби в Чернівецькій області зобов’язуємось здійснити заходи щодо відміни тендеру передбачені пунктом 2 частини першої статті 32 Закону неможливості усунення виявлених порушень..
