Оплата вартості послуг звітного періоду здійснюється Замовником до 25 числа звітного місяця на підставі рахунку Виконавця, який надається Замовнику до 20-го числа такого місяця. Сума оплати розраховується на підставі ТТН, за якими здійснювалось перевезення та вантаж доставлений Замовнику без порушень умов Договору з 1 по 15 число звітного місяця включно

Description:

Оплата за надані послуги згідно з Актом приймання-передачі наданих послуг здійснюється до 15-го числа місяця, наступного за звітним, на підставі рахунку Виконавця, який надається ним одночасно з таким Актом та до якого включається сума перевищення вартості наданих послуг, узгодженої Сторонами шляхом підписання Акту, над передоплатою, проведеною Замовником згідно з п. 5.1.1 Договору. Оплата рахунку здійснюється Замовником за умови своєчасної реєстрації Виконавцем в Єдиному реєстрі податкових накладних належним чином оформленої податкової накладної (у разі якщо Виконавець являється платником ПДВ).
