Замовник вимагає від учасника-переможця внесення ним не пізніше дати укладення договору про закупівлю забезпечення виконання такого договору. Розмір забезпечення виконання договору про закупівлю становить 3 відсотки вартості договору. Умови надання … забезпечення тендерних пропозицій: Не вимагається. Мова, якою мають бути подані тендерні пропозиції: Усі документи, що мають відношення до тендерної пропозиції та підготовлені безпосередньо учасником повинні бути складені українською мовою. Всі інші документи, що мають відношення до тендерної пропозиції, повинні бути складені українською або російською мовами. Якщо в складі тендерної пропозиції надається документ, що складений на іншій мові, ніж українська або російська, учасник надає переклад цього документу на українській мові. Description:

Попередня оплата, на підставі отриманих рахунків від Генпідрядника на розрахунковий рахунок відкритий в органах Державної казначейської служби України на строк не більше трьох місяців в межах 30% від річного обсягу робіт протягом 10 банківських днів згідно Плану фінансування робіт (Додаток 3), але не раніше отримання Замовником дозволу на початок виконання будівельних робіт, які Генпідрядник зобов’язаний виконати протягом поточного бюджетного періоду. Використання попередньої оплати Генпідрядник повинен підтвердити (Актами приймання виконаних будівельних робіт за формою № КБ-2в та Довідка про вартість виконаних будівельних робіт та витрати за формою № КБ-3). Надану попередню оплату Генпідрядник зобов’язаний використати в зазначений термін. Невикористані в зазначений термін кошти повертаються Замовнику протягом 3-х банківських днів з дня настання підстави для повернення. Якщо надання попередньої оплати припадає на IV квартал, то невикористані в зазначений термін кошти повертаються Замовнику не пізніше 20 грудня поточного року.

Description:

Поетапна оплата проміжними платежами в міру виконання робіт, що проводяться Замовником протягом 10 (десяти) банківських днів з моменту підписання Сторонами Актів приймання виконаних будівельних робіт за формою № КБ-2в та Довідок про вартість виконаних будівельних робіт та витрати за формою № КБ-3. Проміжні платежі за фактично виконані роботи здійснюються в межах не більш, як 95 (дев’яносто п’ять) % їх загальної вартості.
