Description:

Надання попередньої оплати Замовником здійснюється протягом 10 робочих днів після подання Підрядником заявки. Попередня оплата за роботи, що є предметом цього договору, здійснюється відповідно до вимог, встановлених постановою Кабінету Міністрів України від 04.12.2019 № 1070, за заявкою Виконавця при наявності фінансових ресурсів, у розмірі, що не перевищує 30% вартості робіт на строк не більше трьох місяців. Після закінчення вказаного терміну, невикористані суми повертаються на рахунок Замовника в органі Держказначейства, а використані підтверджуються КБ-2в, КБ-3.
