Розрахунки проводяться шляхом поетапної оплати Замовником по факту виконаних робіт, при умові надходження коштів з джерел фінансування на даний Об’єкт на умов відстрочення платежу на термін 20 банківських днів. Замовник відповідно до абзацу 2 п.19 Порядку державного фінансування капітального будівництва, затвердженого постановою Кабінету Міністрів України від 27.12.2001р. № 1764 та згідно п.2 постанови Кабінету Міністрів України від 04.12.2019 р. № 1070, може перераховувати Підряднику аванс в розмірі 30% вартості річного обсягу робіт.
