Пропозиція подається щодо предмета закупівлі в цілому. Кожен Учасник має право подати одну пропозицію. Спрощена закупівля здійснюється відповідно до норм чинного законодавства України. (Місцезнаходження Замовника: юр.адреса: 71502, м.Енергодар, … Запорізька область, вул.Курчатова, будинок 11; факт. адреса: 71503, м.Енергодар, Запорізька область, пр.Будівельників, будинок 33. Категорія Замовника - підприємство зазначене у п.3 ч.1 ст.2 ЗУ "Про публічні закупівлі"). Інформація про технічні, якісні та інші характеристики предмета закупівлі зазначена в Додатку 1 та Додатку 2. Замовник вимагає надання учасниками забезпечення пропозиції спрощеної закупівлі у формі банківської гарантії у вигляді електронного документа, скріпленого ЕЦП/КЕП, більш деталізовані умови надання забезпечення пропозиції закупівлі вказані у Додатку 4. Забезпечення виконання договору про закупівлю не вимагається. Пропозиції закупівлі готуються учасниками українською мовою.
