Оплата здійснюється після виконання повного обсягу відповідних робіт згідно з вимогами даного договору на підставі Акта приймання виконаних будівельних робіт (форма КБ-2в) та Довідки про вартість виконаних будівельних робіт (форма КБ-3) Підряднику протягом 90 (дев’яноста) банківських днів з дати підписання Акта приймання виконаних будівельних робіт (форма КБ-2в) та Довідки про вартість виконаних будівельних робіт (форма КБ-3) за умови надходження фактичного бюджетного фінансування видатків на рахунок Замовника у 2020 році. Попередня оплата (аванс) за даним договором не передбачається(післяоплата у розмірі 100%)
