Відмінити відкриті торги на закупівлю товару ДК 021:2015 — 37530000-2 - Вироби для парків розваг, настільних або кімнатних ігор «Дитячі майданчики» відповідно до пункту першого частини першої статті 32 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», а саме через неможливість усунення порушень, що виникли через виявлені порушення законодавства у сфері публічних закупівель, саме під час оголошення закупівлі не було вказано правильну назву предмета закупівлі, невірно вказано очікувану вартість закупівлі, та не враховано необхідності поділу предмету даної закупівлі на окремі лоти, що суперечить суперечать Рішенню міської ради від 27.12.2019 № 2-5671 «Про міський бюджет на 2020 рік (23201100000)», зі змінами та додатками до нього про Розподіл коштів бюджету розвитку за об'єктами у 2020 році.
