Explanation

19 червня 2020 року тендерним комітетом відповідно до рішення Постійно діючої адміністративної колегії АМКУ від 12 червня 2020 року № 116740р/пк-пз згідно протоколу №10 від 19 червня 2020 року внесено та затверджено зміни до Тендерної документації, опубліковано коментар на рішення АМКУ про внесення змін, проте у кабінеті користувача (Замовника) була відсутня кнопка "РЕДАГУВАТИ" , що не дало технічної можливості опублікувати зазначені зміни на авторизованому електронному майданчику. Також системою автоматично, на час розгляду скарги було зупинено строк подання пропозицій, проте після внесення коментаря процедура автоматично поновилась, без урахування пренесення термінів подання пропозицій. Таким чином, у Замовника не було технічної можливості опублікувати відповідні зміни до Тендерної документації , так як внесення змін можливе лише до завершення прийому тендерних пропозицій, тобто до 02 червня 2020 року.
