У разі надання Учасником будь - яких документів, складених іншою мовою, ніж українська мова, вони повинні бути перекладені на українську мову.

Учасниками в електронну систему закупівель розміщені вимоги UA-2020-05-13-000860-a.a1 та UA-2020-05-13-000860-a.c2, дата та час розміщення вимог 19 травня 2020 року о 10 год. 02 хв та 19 травня 11 год. 41 хв. Відповідно до статті 24 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», замовник повинен протягом трьох робочих днів з дня оприлюднення запитання (вимоги) надати роз’яснення та оприлюднити його. Відповідь на вимогу були надані 22 травня о 20 год. 28 хвилин, та 22 травня о 20 год. 29 хвилин. Тобто після закінчення робочого часу, що суперечить приписам Закону в частині надання відповіді протягом трьох робочих днів. Виправити дане допущене порушення є не можливим. Замовникові необхідно відмінити зазначений тендер на підставі абзацу 2 частини 1 статті 32 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» (далі – Закон) у зв’язку із неможливістю усунення порушень, що виникли через виявлені порушення законодавства у сфері публічних закупівель.
