Description:

Замовник за рішенням головного розпорядника бюджетних коштів може здійснювати попередню оплату робі на строк, що не перевищує трьох місяців, у порядку, встановленому постановою Кабінету Міністрів України від 04.12.2019 р. № 1070 «Деякі питання про здійснення розпорядниками (одержувачами) бюджетних коштів попередньої оплати товарів, робіт і послуг, що закуповуються за бюджетні кошти», та в розмірі до 30 % вартості робіт від річного обсягу їх фінансування за цим Договором. Виконавець зобов’язується використати отримані кошти попередньої оплати для виконання робіт у порядку, визначеному нормативно-правовими актами, які діють на момент проведення попередньої оплати.
