Києва відповідно до ДСТУ Б Д.1.1-1:2013 (ДК 021:2015 «Єдиний закупівельний словник» - 71247000-1 Нагляд за будівельними роботами)», виникла необхідність відмінити спрощену закупівлю (відповідно до частини 17 ст. 14 Закону, а саме: відсутності подальшої потреби в закупівлі товарів, робіт і послуг)
