Description:

Замовник оплачує надані та підписані в актах наданих послуг послуги протягом 90 (дев’яноста) банківських днів з моменту отримання відповідного фінансування з бюджету на свій казначейський рахунок але не пізніше 31.12.2020 р. У разі не надходження бюджетних асигнувань Замовнику до 31.12.2020 р. сторони діють відповідно п. 3.5 цієї угоди, вимогам Бюджетного кодексу України та інших нормативно-правових актів щодо оформлення кредиторської заборгованості Замовника перед Виконавцем. За наявності затверджених у встановленому порядку бюджетних призначень на оплату кредиторської заборгованості Замовника перед Виконавцем у 2020 р. Замовник оплачує надані послуги протягом 90 (дев’яноста) банківських днів з моменту отримання відповідного фінансування з бюджету на свій казначейський рахунок у 2020 р.
