Замовник не надав відповідь на звернення Учасника від 30.04.2020 року, отримане о 15:00 год, оскільки на наступний робочий день 04.05.2020 року це зробити було технічно не можливо . Рядок для надання відповіді був неактивний. Замовник звернувся на майданчик, проте отримав відповідь, що відповідно до технічного завдання ДП "Прозорро" надати відповідь на запитання Замовник може тільки в період уточнень. Закупівля UA-2020-04-27-001334-a має статус "Очікування пропозицій", тому надати відповідь наразі немає технічної можливості. Оскільки, Замовник відповідно до Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» протягом одного робочого зобов’язаний надати роз’яснення на звернення учасників спрощеної закупівлі, які оприлюднюються в електронній системі закупівель, а не надав, приймаю рішення про відміну закупівлі.
