Базова сума орендної плати сплачується не пізніше 5 (п'ятого) банківського дня поточного місяця на підставі рахунку Орендодавця, а відшкодування комунальних послуг - упродовж 5 (п'яти) банківських днів після надходження до Орендаря Акту прийому-передачі послуг, підписаного Сторонами, з копіями рахунків про фактичні спожиті комунальні послуги та їх вартість від безпосередніх надавачів за звітний період (місяць). Орендар в перший місяць оренди сплачує авансовий платіж в розмірі місячної плати, який зараховується як орендна плата за 1 (один) останній місяць користування об'єктом Оренди.
