Вжити заходів передбачених ст.32 п.5 ч.2 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі" поточна редакція прийнята від 19.09.2019р. документ №114 IХ ,та відмінити процедуру відкритих торгів по причині скорочення видатків на здійснення закупівлі товарів. по предмету ліки, код Національного класифікатора України "Єдиний закупівельний словник" ДК 021:2015(СРV)33690000-3-лікарські засоби різні.
