Джерело фінансування закупівлі: кошти підприємства. ПОРЯДОК ЗДІЙСНЕННЯ ОПЛАТИ: Розрахунки проводяться у безготівковій формі: Для платників ПДВ: - за наявності підписаного сторонами цього договору акта приймання-передачі товару, видаткової накладної, товарно-транспортної накладної оплата здійснюється Покупцем протягом 30 (тридцяти) банківських днів з дати реєстрації Постачальником податкової накладної/розрахунку коригування в Єдиному реєстрі податкових накладних, оформленої та зареєстрованої згідно вимог чинного законодавства. Для неплатників ПДВ: - Покупець здійснює оплату протягом 30 (тридцяти) банківських днів від дати підписання акта приймання-передачі товару, видаткової накладної, товаро- транспортної накладної.. Усі платіжні документи за договором оформлюються з дотриманням законодавства. Постачальник надсилає Покупцеві рахунок протягом 3 (трьох) банківських днів з дня поставки товару. Датою оплати вважається дата перерахування Покупцем коштів на рахунок Постачальника.

Пропозиція учасника Товариство з обмеженою відповідальністю «Крейн Енерджі», була розглянута на її відповідність кваліфікаційним критеріям, встановлених статтею 16, вимогам встановлених статтею 17 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» та технічним вимогам, визначеним у тендерній документації, що суперечить вимогам додатку 1 тендерної документації.
В результаті розгляду було встановлено наступне.
Відсутній перелік документів, які вимагаються замовником для підтвердження відповідності учасника кваліфікаційним критеріям встановленим статтею 16, та вимогам, встановленим статтею 17 закону «Про публічні закупівлі».
Учасник торгів Товариство з обмеженою відповідальністю «Крейн Енерджі» у складі своєї пропозиції завантажив файл, який містить документ форма «Тендерна пропозиція», в якому учасником визначені ціни на запропоновану продукцію, доступні для перегляду.
Так, розкриття тендерної пропозиції учасника Товариство з обмеженою відповідальністю «Крейн Енерджі» в частині інформації про ціну на етапі, коли розкривається лише частина тендерної пропозиції з інформацією та документами, що підтверджують відповідність учасника кваліфікаційним критеріям, та інформацією і документами, що містять технічний опис предмета закупівлі, не відповідає вимогам а.2 ч.1 статті 27 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі».
Враховуючи вищенаведене, пропозиція учасника Товариство з обмеженою
відповідальністю «Крейн Енерджі» не відповідає умовам тендерної документації.
