Description:

Розрахунок за надані Послуги (виконані роботи) та відшкодування вартості використаних Виконавцем запасних частин та матеріалів здійснюється на підставі підписаних Сторонами первинних документів: Акту прийому-передачі наданих послуг (виконаних робіт) (далі – Акт), видаткової накладної та рахунку-фактури, складеного Виконавцем. До 5-го числа наступного за місяцем надання Послуг місяця Виконавець надає Замовнику на підпис Акти із зазначенням в них виду та вартості наданих Послуг, вартості використаних матеріалів та запасних частин. На підставі підписаних Сторонами первинних документів Замовник оплачує фактично отримані Послуги не пізніше п’ятнадцятого числа наступного місяця. Проведення оплати за фактично надані Послуги (виконані роботи) за цим Договором здійснюються не раніше дати реєстрації податкової накладної в Єдиному реєстрі податкових накладних.
