Якщо замовник не встиг з певних причин укласти (підписати) договір про закупівлю за результатами допорогової закупівлі до 19.04.2020 р., необхідно відмінити допорогову закупівлю та керуючись вартісними межами, встановленими у частині 1 статті 3 Закону, проводити спрощену закупівлю або укласти договір про закупівлю без використання електронної системи закупівель у випадках, передбачених частиною 7 статті 3 Закону.
