Оплата за даним договором здійснюється за виконаний обсяг робіт на об’єкті згідно актів КБ-3 та КБ-2в без попереднього фінансування, згідно статей 46,49 БК України. Розрахунки за надані послуги здійснюються Замовником на підставі акту виконаних робіт (наданих послуг) протягом трьох банківських днів з моменту надходження коштів за послуги на поточний рахунок Замовника в межах відповідних бюджетних асигнувань. Такі умови фінансування виключають пред’явлення штрафних санкцій.
