Аукціон за допороговою закупівлею оголошеною 10.04.2020 не відбувся 22.04.2020 по причині участі в аукционі одного Учасника. Враховуючі введення в дію 19.04.2020 нової редакції Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі", де допорогова закупівля не є процедурою в розумінні Закону, та з урахуванням вартісних меж, які дорівнює 50тисяч грн та є меншою за вартість, що встановлена у пунктах 1 і 2 частини першої статті 3 Закону про публічні звкупівлі, а також те що Замовник не встиг укласти договір до 18.04.2020 виникла необхідність в скасуванні закупівлі та приведення її до відподності до Закону (оголошення про проведення спрощеної процедури)
