У зв’язку із набранням чинності Закону України «Про внесення змін до Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» та деяких інших законодавчих актів України щодо вдосконалення публічних закупівель» від 19.09.2019 р. №114-ІХ, введеним в дію 19.04.2020 р., та у зв’язку із тим, що будь які подальші дії по розпочатим до 19.04.2020 року допороговим закупівлям (по яким не укладені договори закупівлі з переможцями до 19.04.2020 року.), призведуть до порушень вимог законодавства України, - Замовник вирішив відмінити закупівлю «Газове паливо для заправки автомобілів» - код національного класифікатора України ДК 021:2015 “Єдиний закупівельний словник” – «09120000-9 Газове паливо».
