Для платників ПДВ: Замовник здійснює розрахунок за надані послуги за умови наявності належним чином оформлених документів, передбачених умовами договору (акти приймання-передачі наданих послуг), що підтверджують надання послуг, протягом 30 (тридцяти) банківських днів від дати реєстрації Виконавцем податкової накладної в Єдиному реєстрі податкових накладних. У випадку зупинення реєстрації податкової накладної Виконавця, розрахунок здійснюється протягом 30 (тридцяти) банківських днів з дня отримання Замовником від Виконавця копії рішення про реєстрацію податкової накладної*. Для неплатників ПДВ: Замовник здійснює розрахунок за надані послуги за умови наявності належним чином оформлених усіх документів, передбачених умовами договору (акти приймання-передачі наданих послуг), що підтверджують надання послуг, протягом 30 (тридцяти) банківських днів після їх оформлення та підписання
