1. З метою приведення у відповідність до чинного законодавства та з урахуванням норм ч.10 ст.3 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» (Нова редакція від 19.04.2020) (Забороняється придбання товарів, робіт і послуг до/без проведення процедур закупівель/спрощених закупівель, визначених цим Законом, та укладення договорів про закупівлю, які передбачають оплату замовником товарів, робіт і послуг до/без проведення процедур закупівель/спрощених закупівель, визначених цим Законом) скасувати рішення про визначення переможця - ТОВ "Ромус-Поліграф" на закупівлю згідно ЄЗС ДК 021:2015 - 30190000-7 Офісне устаткування та приладдя різне (Придбання папір офісний), ціна пропозиції - 19 260,00 грн., та прийняти рішення про відміну закупівлі. 2. Оприлюднити рішення про скасування переможця ТОВ "Ромус-Поліграф" на закупівлю згідно ЄЗС ДК 021:2015 - 30190000-7 Офісне устаткування та приладдя різне (Придбання папір офісний) та рішення про відміну закупівлі на електронному майданчику Е – tender для загального доступу.
