Оплата Покупцем Товару здійснюється в національній валюті України – гривні, в безготівковій формі шляхом перерахування коштів на розрахунковий рахунок Постачальника протягом 15-ти банківських днів після підписання Сторонами цього Договору та фактичного отримання Товару від Постачальника на підставі наданого розрахункового рахунку, та накладної, яка підтверджує фактичну передачу Товару Покупцю у кількості встановленій у цьому Договорі, у разі наявності та в межах відповідних асигнувань.
