Попередня оплата у розмірі 30% від суми рахунку здійснюється «Покупцем» протягом 10 (десяти) банківських днів від дати отримання рахунку «Постачальника» на оплату. Рахунок виставляється не пізніше 5 (п’яти) календарних днів з моменту отримання «Постачальником» письмової заявки від «Покупця». Попередня оплата здійснюється з урахуванням п.4.2., у гривнях за офіційним курсом валюти (еквівалент і найменування валюти зазначається у відповідних Специфікаціях) встановленим національним банком України на дату, зазначену у відповідній специфікації.
