Description:

Підставою для розрахунків за фактично виконані роботи є двосторонні Акти приймання виконаних будівельних робіт за формою № КБ-2в (далі – Акт КБ-2в), Довідки про вартість виконаних будівельних робіт та витрати за формою № КБ-3 (далі - Довідка КБ-3) підписані уповноваженими представниками і скріплені печатками сторін. Розрахунки за виконані Роботи здійснюються шляхом перерахування грошових коштів протягом 15 (п’ятнадцяти) робочих днів після підписання сторонами Акту КБ-2в та Довідки КБ-3. Вартість виконаних Робіт, що підлягають оплаті, визначається в порядку, визначеному ДСТУ Б Д. 1.1-1:2013, із урахуванням обсягів виконаних Робіт та фактичних витрат Підрядника, підтверджених відповідними документами, по усіх складових вартості Робіт, зазначених у Договірній ціні та кошторисній документації до неї. Замовник має право на відстрочку платежу у разі відсутності бюджетного фінансування або не проведення оплати з вини третьої особи. У разі відсутності бюджетного фінансування (затримки в бюджетному фінансуванні), оплата за виконані Роботи здійснюється протягом 15 (п’ятнадцяти) робочих днів з моменту отримання Замовником відповідних коштів на свій рахунок
